  2. The product will be presented to the technical support department for inspection.
  3. After the maintenance is completed, one of our customer service representatives will contact you to arrange the product's re-delivery.
  4. The inspection and maintenance process through the technical support department will take place within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

Maintenance Conditions:

  1. The product, its packaging, and accessories should not be damaged.
  2. The damage should not result from negligence, misuse, or exposure to scratches or breakage.

Note:
